Please read these terms carefully before using the kdbd platform. By registering or using any kdbd service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kdbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the kdbd website and its associated gaming and betting services. By accessing kdbd, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the kdbd platform.

kdbd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the contact information on their account. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all prior versions.

1. Eligibility and Registration

Access to kdbd and participation in any betting or gaming activity is subject to the following eligibility requirements. These requirements are enforced without exception. Creating an account constitutes your confirmation that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis.

Minimum Age — 21 Years

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use kdbd. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 or older. kdbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age requirement is not satisfied. Any winnings accrued by an underage player will be voided and forfeited. If you know of a minor who has accessed kdbd, report it immediately to [email protected].

One Account Per Player

Each player may hold only one registered account on kdbd at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. kdbd uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, pending balances will be forfeited, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your kdbd account. This includes your real full name, date of birth, and an active Bangladesh mobile number in your own name. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. kdbd reserves the right to verify registration information at any time through a KYC process that may require submission of government-issued identity documents.

2. Account Management and Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your kdbd account login credentials. The following rules apply to all registered kdbd accounts. Failure to comply with these rules may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent closure.

  • You must not share your kdbd account password with any third party. kdbd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from kdbd and requesting your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to [email protected] immediately.
  • You must enable SMS two-factor authentication from your account security settings. This adds an additional verification layer that protects your kdbd account even if your password is compromised. kdbd strongly recommends enabling this feature immediately after registration. For accounts without two-factor authentication, kdbd accepts reduced liability for unauthorised access.
  • You must notify kdbd support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Contact [email protected] with your registered mobile number, approximate time of the suspected unauthorised access, and a description of any transactions you did not initiate. kdbd will investigate and may temporarily suspend your account during the review period to prevent further unauthorised activity.
  • kdbd accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your kdbd account, balance, or any associated benefits to another person under any circumstances. Attempts to transfer accounts or balances will result in immediate suspension of all involved accounts and forfeiture of pending balances.
  • kdbd reserves the right to close inactive accounts. An account is considered inactive if there has been no login and no transaction activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. kdbd will attempt to contact you via your registered mobile number before initiating closure of an inactive account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be retained for a minimum of 24 months from the date of last activity before being subject to forfeiture.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kdbd — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related transfers — are subject to the following terms. kdbd processes payments in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports all major Bangladesh payment methods. The platform does not charge processing fees on deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. International card transactions may be subject to fees imposed by the issuing bank — kdbd has no control over and accepts no liability for such third-party charges.

Clause 3.1

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit on kdbd is ৳200 across all supported payment methods. Deposits are credited to your kdbd account balance in real time or within a few minutes depending on the payment method selected. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted. If a deposit is received from a payment source that does not match your registered account name, kdbd reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend your account pending investigation.

Clause 3.2

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may experience longer processing times of up to 48 hours for first withdrawal requests. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kdbd reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse is suspected.

Clause 3.3

Payment Verification and KYC

kdbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice. All players are required to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification may require submission of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate, together with proof of mobile financial account ownership matching the name on your kdbd account. KYC documents should be submitted via the verification section of your kdbd account settings or by emailing [email protected]. kdbd processes KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

kdbd offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms of the promotion shall take precedence. kdbd reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

  • All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (rollover) applicable to each bonus is stated in that bonus's individual terms. Unless otherwise specified, a standard wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount applies.
  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
  • Bonuses credited to your kdbd account will expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the timeframe specified in the bonus terms. Upon expiry, the bonus amount and any associated pending winnings will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
  • kdbd reserves the right to withhold or void bonus payments where there is evidence of coordinated wagering strategies, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit the bonus structure rather than engage with the platform in genuine entertainment play. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at kdbd's sole discretion.
  • Free spins awarded as part of a bonus promotion are valid only on the games specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal. Free spin bonuses expire 7 days from the date of award unless otherwise specified.

5. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kdbd. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — whether directly, through a third party, or via automated means — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is involved.

  • Using or attempting to use software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with the kdbd platform in place of genuine human play. This includes, but is not limited to, automated betting systems, card-counting software, outcome-prediction tools, and any form of RNG exploitation software.
  • Colluding with other players, dealers, or any kdbd staff member to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform. Collusion includes, but is not limited to, sharing hole cards in poker formats, coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes, or sharing in-game information with other participants in real time.
  • Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, or using kdbd for the purpose of money laundering, structuring financial transactions to evade detection, or any other financial crime. kdbd cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and financial intelligence units. All suspicious transactions are logged and may be reported.
  • Attempting to access, interfere with, or reverse-engineer any part of the kdbd platform's software, infrastructure, game logic, random number generation systems, or security mechanisms. Reporting genuine security vulnerabilities to [email protected] is encouraged and will be treated differently from malicious exploitation attempts.
  • Opening, operating, or assisting in the operation of any account for a person who has been self-excluded from kdbd or whose account has been suspended or permanently closed by kdbd for any reason. Facilitating access to kdbd for a suspended or excluded individual constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Consequence of Prohibited Conduct

Where kdbd determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in prohibited conduct, kdbd may take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: immediately suspend or permanently close the account; void all pending bets and bonus balances; withhold and forfeit all account funds pending investigation; report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. Players who believe a suspension has been applied in error may submit a formal appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of the suspension notice.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on kdbd are operated using independently audited random number generation (RNG) systems. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, by individual player history, or by the size of a player's account balance or wagering activity. Each game operates according to fixed mathematical rules with a published Return to Player (RTP) percentage. Game-specific rules are available within the game interface and are governed by the rules published by the relevant game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the game provider's records shall be the definitive record. kdbd's support team will liaise with the relevant provider on a player's behalf where a dispute is raised in good faith.

Sports betting markets on kdbd are operated in accordance with the rules of each respective sport. Odds are set and updated by kdbd's trading team. In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during a live event at kdbd's discretion. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is determined — whether due to a technical fault, late acceptance, or any other cause — will be voided and stakes returned. Maximum payout limits per event and per market are specified in the sports betting terms and are subject to change.

7. Responsible Gaming

kdbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The platform is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional financial planning.   • Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period to protect against impulsive decisions.
  • Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through your account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, and permanent exclusion are available. During a self-exclusion period, marketing communications from kdbd will be suspended.
  • Reality checks: Enable session time alerts from your account settings to receive regular reminders of the duration of your current gaming session. kdbd recommends enabling 60-minute session reminders for all players who engage in extended gaming sessions.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the kdbd platform — including but not limited to software, code, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, layout, design, and any other material — is the exclusive property of kdbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kdbd platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the kdbd platform or its content. Unauthorised use of kdbd intellectual property will result in immediate account closure and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kdbd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the kdbd platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings or expected winnings; loss of data; service interruption; technical malfunctions affecting game outcomes; unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security; or any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform. kdbd makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will operate free of interruption, error, or data loss.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed to limit kdbd's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by kdbd's negligence, where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law. The kdbd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk and acknowledge that gambling involves a risk of financial loss.

10. Amendments and Governing Law

kdbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective from the date of publication on this page. Where an amendment materially affects a player's rights or obligations, kdbd will endeavour to provide at least 7 days' advance notice to affected registered players via their registered contact details. Your continued use of the kdbd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using kdbd and may request withdrawal of your account balance before the amendment's effective date.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall prevail. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kdbd operates a formal complaints and dispute resolution procedure; details are available by contacting [email protected]. kdbd aims to resolve all formal complaints within 10 business days of receipt.
